The store was clean and very well organized. I usually shop at Kohl's but arrived in Monterrey having forgot to pack shirts. I was in a hurry when I spotted Goodwill. I never before found clothing that fit so quickly. I bought 3 beautiful shirts that look new for $7 each. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

This is the definition of an okay goodwill store. If you want clothes then go here but for practically anything else, stay away. They have a small shelf of books, a tiny selection of DVDs, and as far as video games and Blu-rays are concerned you can forget about it. They have stuff like decade old TVs and monitors from the mid 2000s marked at well over what they are valued at. Despite being on the larger end of goodwill stores the lack of item diversity brings this one down a lot.

Won't be coming to this drop-off location anymore. Had a previous interaction with a man with glasses "shushing" my dog in the car while dropping off some things. I had told him my dog will bark to not catch the man off-guard. Today when I came by again, I let him know about my dog being in the car and he says, "whatever" to my gal. Really?? What happened to a thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE nowadays? The other men at this drop-off location were cool, definitely not this one. WON'T BE COMING BACK.

I hate to admit it, but this was always one of my favorite shops to visit. My best friend lived only a block away, and whenever I go to the area, I would shop here. Wonderful people run the place. It is always kept neat and clean. Very well organized. Merchandise was always clean. I loved the place.

Some of the friendliest workers, and some of the best selection of all the Goodwill’s in the Monterey Peninsula kudos to the team

Great little store! Michaelia was pleasant and multi-tasking the entire time I was there and Ken was also very nice and provided assistance when she needed it. It will always be on my list of places to stop when I am visiting again!

I went there yesterday last 15 minutes before the close didn’t find anything I liked so when they announced that there was 3 minutes left I decided to leave right behind me not even a minute later a worker follows me outside and looks at me and my car I proceed to ask her can I help you? She completely ignored me and walks away but side eyes me I walk back inside and ask why she followed me and was looking to see if I stole something she ignored me again I told her that I hadn’t stolen anything if she wanted to check me and my car she could. she tried saying she wasn’t looking at me that she was looking at a man that just walked out that she thought stole something, that isn’t true I was the only person that walked out at that moment. This truly angered me and I hope she knows she was wrong.this woman is rude to everyone she has a snarky attitude I will contact corporate about her.

Not the best Goodwill I've ever seen, but I loved the staff, and found some good staff. Eclectic bunch making the best of it!

Used to enjoy coming here until noticing that they basically started putting items off to the side possibly for their ebay type store .

The item/clothes selection was immaculate!!! Everything was very organized and the prices were very cheap!! BUT...two lady's that work there seem like they didn't want to work there that day (go home and take an advil). Their demeanor was extremely rude and aggressive not only to me but to other shoppers.

The thing about a thrift store is you can't go once a month!.. I recently found a brand new Hugo Boss zippered sweater for $8.99... You just never know if you'll find something or nothing but buying recycled is much better for the planet AND you never know when that unexpected shopping day might bring!! Great staff too and very clean!!..

Great selection typically in the glassware and decor, you can typically find furniture and good artwork so it’s great for the home. Unfortunately this specific location has a very interesting group of employees, all the women that I have encountered have been unwelcoming and a bit rude. Yesterday I came in and literally right away, I had an older women employee literally barking at me to pick a shirt that she had dropped off the ground. After several times of her telling me while I was finishing up a phone call. I picked it up, finally she exclaimed that she had a bad back and couldn’t reach down. Fast forward to not even ten minutes later, I’m browsing the isles like a normal customer and all of a sudden hear a bunch of things fall, the instant that these things fall she yells at me very aggressively “girl!!!” And was about to tell me to pick up what she dropped. If she was kind and had a bad back I would love to help her but she just demanded things of me as soon as i walked in, and every time I’m there she has a very rude look on her face. Needless to say I’m only sharing this experience because of how uncomfortable it is to shop at this location especially after that extremely weird experience. Marina and Monterey have been pleasant. Reading through some other reviews I realize something must have changed in the past 4-5 months. Because everyone but the young gentlemen with Hazel eyes, are quite the jump scare.

Worst experience at a Goodwill store to date the employees lack customer service skills are rude and treat literally every customer as if they're going to shoplift. They really could use a revamping in management.

Rude employees who stare and make you pick things up that THEY dropped because their back hurts. Tell me why this employee dropped something and calls my sister by "Girl!" to come pick it up. Ridiculous.
