“We received very thorough and helpful service today. I don’t know whether we will choose this mattress because of the cost, but it seemed like a very good product and was definitely incredibly comfortable.”
“Absolutely beautiful shop with unique Talavera and Mexican art. So many unique, delicate, and fine Day of the Dead pieces. We bought a small figurine, cross, and coffee cup. Sweet young lady at the counter wrapped everything beautifully.”
“Love this cute refillery! It has everything I need, the owners are helpful, very convenient way to fill up on all that I need without buying more plastic covered products and bringing them into my home. I love how you can buy as little or as much as you need, too, and use your own nice bottles. Fill up travel-size bottles for your trips, or stock up for a full year!”
“I love this place. Since discovering them on a trip to Carmel I've been ordering their dusted cashews regularly, they're so unique and delicious. I also love their small bone China spoons and the Marble Salt Cellars. Great quality products, place and management.”
“Wonderful little treat! Such a cute shop FULL of hidden treasures custom made by Babs, the owner. Plan on spending time looking at every inch because there's so many hidden pieces, art, and treasures tucked away in the displays and on the walls!
Also, stop in and check out her son Derek's brand new shirt and hat collection that's an homage to the marine research taking place in Monterey Bay.”

“One of my favorite shops in Carmel! We always stop by here when visiting. They have a plethora of cute nicknacks, hosting ware, kid stuff, and even some clothes. I'm usually drawn to the hosting items and charcuterie accompaniments, but have left here with a hat and a puzzle among other small items. While most of the items are on the pricier side, we can often find some cool stuff that isn't too expensive. Aside from the cute and fun items they sell, they also have free coffee and fresh baked cookies on their back patio. It's such a quaint and relaxing spot to stop and sip and snack before you continue your shopping. The employees working are always very friendly!”
“Beautiful Linens and unique gifts for the home. Jan De Luz is a lifestyle brand combining French and Spanish known as Banquet religion.
As you walk into the charming boutique you'll hear the whirling sounds of a European embroidery machine customizing beautiful linens, napkins, placemats, tea towels, dish towels, aprons, luxurious robes, towels and a selection of children's layettes.
There's a collection of linen accessories: napkins rings, table wear, dishes, olive oil, spices, olive wood bowls, charcuterie boards, rolling pins and spoons.
Create a beautiful table setting for a memorable event or the most unique hostess gifts all customizable..
They also accept online orders and shipping.
A must visit in Carmel!”
“A fun store with affordable original art owned by great people (who sometimes have a great dog at the store!). Even sent our purchases home for us so we didn't have to try to pack them - so sweet! You should definitely stop here if you find yourself in Pacific Grove.”
“Perfect selection of fun and interesting furnishings, lighting and decorations. We purchased a large round copper table many years ago which we still love, and recently revisited this Carmel-by-the-Sea jewel ... we were not disappointed ... excellent customer service and superb selection!”
“We stumbled upon this magical shop and what made it so special were Monica’s ideas about what went with our purchases, so we could curate a whole look, and her ideas for new hot spots in the Plaza to try! Thank you, Monica! It’s clear you love what you do and we thoroughly enjoyed shopping at Beachwood Home with you! We’ll be back!”

“Eva was really kind and helpful in our visit. We were looking for a specific dresser but they didn’t have it at this locations. Thankfully she called and found it at another location. We are able to get exactly what we were looking for her thanks to her help.”
“I make sure to stop by Eco Carmel whenever I visit from Tennessee! Kristi is so kind and accommodating. Each item in her shop is carefully and thoughtfully curated and she shares detailed information on where it’s sourced and how it’s made. I fell in love with a tote bag but she didn’t have the pattern I wanted in stock, so she’s doing a special order and shipping it to me. Her passion for sustainability and representing local artisans is so refreshing. Oh, and make sure to love on adorable shop dog, Hudson, when you stop in! He is the bestest boy!”
“Cute family run place to not only find handmade, unique gifts but there's also a business center inside. Say hi to the store mascot, an adorable pup named Gus. The owners, Jeffrey and Randy are fun to talk too and are very knowledgeable about the village.”
“Really cute vibe store with candles, notebooks, clothes, bags and lots of items, really worth it to go check it out if you’re in Carmel!! Very friendly staff, loved shopping around!”
“WOW! Amazing lanterns and so many eye-catching items in this store. Yes, it is very expensive, but we are sure their rent is high also. Definitely a lot of "eye-candy" in here! Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!”
“I was helped by Olga she was the sweetest. I picked out some cute hoop earrings. Never felt pressured to pick anything. Would definitely recommend stopping by everything is so beautiful here.”
“Beautiful store! A lot of amazing gifts and garden stuff. The store is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Store owner is super outgoing and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend stopping in for gifts for yourself or others!”
“Hmm… a fine establishment, this is. Many treasures within, I sense. Plushies, soft and loyal they are. Mugs, strong with the force of caffeine. Garments, warm like the twin suns of Tatooine. Clothes, a bit more expensive than other shops, they were. But higher quality, they seemed—soft, they felt. A true haven for travelers, this place is. Visit, you must. Regret it, you will not.”
“One of the things I look for is what a company does when things go wrong; what’s their response. In my case there was an issue with communication and part ordering.I’m happy to report that Hearth Shop FULLY resolved my issue and ultimately made me whole. In addition the technician who worked on my wood stove was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job.Great job!!”
“Extremely well organized with a spacious and intuitive layout! Also the prices are insanely reasonable for very high end clothing/appliances, etc. The staff needs some free cookies, coffees, and compliments though! Keep up the hard work.”
“The personnel, Charlotte and Donya as well as Silvie are great. They are extremely pleasant and helpful. They listen to your wants, your likes and dislikes and make great suggestions without pushing. The products are well displayed and the choices are plentiful, even if this is smaller “store” than others. The only negative is the delivery process which has nothing to do with the personnel at the store or the delivery personnel. But the process and timing of delivery can be frustrating. But, again, this has nothing to do with either the personnel or products. I would without hesitation recommend Charlotte and Donya, as well as all the other persons we came into contact with at the Arhaus Studio, to others. We are extremely happy with the personnel, products, service and overall experience with the Arhaus Studio in Carmel.”
“whoever was working the cashier desk this morning all by herself was super kind and helpful. She has a fairly busy line and the other lady did not want to help her up front, but she managed checking everyone out and helping other people find things very well.”
“Not sure why everyone isn't shopping at World Market for home accessories, gift items, kitchen items, international gourmet food items. It has so many hard to find things that are awesome.”
