Lupita’s Bakery is more than just another panadería, it’s a deeply rooted family tradition derived from San Pablo, Oaxaca, Mexico. It started with our family back in the late 1800’s and was passed down through generations which continued with our grandparents. They made ends meet by baking for their community. They created their signature breads like conchas and empanadas that are still enjoyed to this day!
Since the passing of our mother Lupita, my brother and I humbly came together to maintain the bakery. It wasn’t easy learning everything from the recipes to the baking times, and all the operations behind the business but we were determined to continue the family tradition.
