After mailing my package here, I checked the reviews and wasn’t surprised to see the 2.6 out of 5 rating. The staff are rude and completely unorganized. They act like they’re busy by dragging a simple task into multiple unnecessary steps. The overall experience was frustrating and inefficient.

Clerks helpful and friendly. The line is usually only a few people and it moves quickly.

They are very rude. Their tone of voice is unprofessional; they were literally yelling at the customers. It seems like they compete with each other to see who is the rudest.

While waiting in line I witnessed both staff members being very rude, unprofessional, and abusive to everyone coming to them while their customers were very nice to them. I also watched as one staff member demanded to know exactly what was in a persons package even though they had already signed the declaration form, which I thought was illegal. I have also had packages do missing from here. I will never use this post office again, I instead use the PG post office where the staff are kind and professional. They are also inconsistent with their prices and overcharge people despite the posted prices and policies. I confirmed this by going to another post office and paying for the same shipping option in the same box.

The person who assisted me was mean but she was not mean with the next person maybe because I am Asian. Workers in this kind of job need a lot of training on how to deal with people. They are not just there to get paid. They were there to assist customers that brings money in the City.

I went on line to find out what I need to do to have my mail forwarded since I have recently moved. It said I could do it on line or in store. So I drove to the post office, waited in line to be told " We don't do that here. It must be done on line. " that's not what it said on their website and I should not be forced to do things online.

I needed to get a passport for my son done as soon as possible for an international trip. We were lucky to find an appointment the next day coming all the way from Millbrae, CA. - it wasn't busy and we were taken care of immediately. The woman there took care of us exactly on our appointment time and took the passport photo of my toddler son. We were out and about 15 minutes tops!

The senior man working there is so ride and mean not professional at all. I stepped by this office to dropoff a package and it was long line so he not helping me and gave me a tape it is not good scratch and hurts my hand so i used other one. After that I backed to him he talked to me as not customer but as homeless or thief I don’t know why?! He asked me so bad front of all customers on line to bring the tape to him and i told him i am already put it on other counter. He refused to help until bring the tape back. Then he told me the tape is wrong and gave me my package by very bad and rude way. He was good with all customers front of me but with me was very very rude and he impressed me front of customers.He actually discriminated person.I am will talk to the head quarter about that because all agent should be nice not mean like this guy.
