“Marita is a most creative buyer. Her choices for her shop are unique, quality pieces of clothing that never go out of style because they don't slavishly follow the fads to begin with.”

“Quaint but posh store selling various local and regional products mainly clothing. A good representation of the beautiful Carmel community. Very casual and vibrant place to look for special gifts or personal items far from the usual souvenir style stores along the main streets.”

“Always enjoy shopping here! Her merchandise changes often and is full of unique and lovely items! Purses, hats, scarves, jewelry and beautiful clothing!

Victorius is definitely the nicest women's shop around, in my opinion.”

“This store is soooo cute and interesting! Spent a lot of time laughing in the store. My new favorite local shop for sure! I decided to bring a friend from out of town here after I received what were my favorite Christmas gifts this year. I thought we’d spend like 20 minutes in there, but it was closer to 45 min or so because there were so many interesting items to check out. My buddy and I gifted each other really cute socks! My friend, who’s an introvert received socks that said “Friends don’t make friends hang out”. I was gifted socks that had a sunset and said, “Let that shit go”. The owner was such a pleasure to talk to and hear her story about the store. You can tell she carefully curates the items and is passionate. Very cool experience.”

“Great little shop run by a husband and wife team. The wife is an artist whose work hangs on the walls along with family members and other local artists. Lots of gift options and decor for the home. Commissions can be done as well. Beautiful shop with great people. They can ship anywhere as well.”

“This store is beautiful and the ladies who work here are soooo nice! I didn't end up buying anything, but they were so lovely to chat with and you can tell they really love meeting tourists and just getting to know customers!”

“One of my favorite shops in Carmel! We always stop by here when visiting. They have a plethora of cute nicknacks, hosting ware, kid stuff, and even some clothes. I'm usually drawn to the hosting items and charcuterie accompaniments, but have left here with a hat and a puzzle among other small items. While most of the items are on the pricier side, we can often find some cool stuff that isn't too expensive. Aside from the cute and fun items they sell, they also have free coffee and fresh baked cookies on their back patio. It's such a quaint and relaxing spot to stop and sip and snack before you continue your shopping. The employees working are always very friendly!”

“This condensed Pebble Beach store says outlet! Almost everything for kids, men, and women was reduced 40% to 70%. Of course I found a great deal on a front opening very pink jacket with logo at a discount And some cute tennis shorts for grand kids at 70 % off
The venue has a great accessible fitting room with two grab bars more than 5ftx 5 ft space. Full length wide mirror and easy to manage door
Accessible public restrooms in central Cannery Row area. Van accessible paid parking in garage
This shop is next to the small plaza with bench and the Cannery Row founders statue with an ocean view”

“This used to be my favorite thrift/charity store. Within the past few months, prices are much higher as they list items based on online comparison. Online prices are way overblown and 90% never sell for that higher price.
When shops do this on donated goods, it's a complete turn off. You make more money selling at affordable prices, move inventory much faster and get steady clientele.
Yes, you're donating for a good cause, but you're losing customers and even on the sale days or half off days, it's still too much.

Truly disappointed they got sucked into the Ebay price comparisons. All the shops around here are going in this direction, it's sad.”

“The staff and service is absolutely amazing, they are always friendly and helpful. The shoes are amazing, vans are always my go-to, I've never been to this location and struggled to find my size. The shoes are pricey but with all the sales they offer and how long the shoes last it is worth it to me. I've been to a few locations and this one is definitely my favorite”

“Visited this shop to look for affordably priced long sleeves and sweaters because I severely underestimated the weather and mostly packed tank tops for my trip. They had a couple of 50% off areas and I was able to find some T’s and sweaters for $25-$35! Also, check your receipt. The register does not have a display showing the charges and one shirt I purchased that was marked 50% off did not get caught until after I walked out.”

“Anytime we are near a Hot Topic we have to stop and check it out. Most of my daughter’s wardrobe is from there. When we walked in they instantly checked to see if we had any rewards to redeem and we did. They didn’t have the size my daughter wanted in a certain shirt so the worker took it off the wall and had her buy that one. This Hot Topic is very spacious and organized. It was a great experience!”

“This shop was one of the few places that really attracted my attention when it came to interesting merchandise. I just love browsing a store that has a lot of variety with an international flare. A variety of eye catching clothing in lovely styles and colors. Spending time to explore is a must! You'll find singing bowls, drums, jewelry, cultural nick knacks, decorative items for the home, wind chimes, statuary, art work, rocks & crystals. The whole shop is filled with items from top to bottom. I would have loved to make several purchases, but the only downside for me, was that everything was too pricey! I'm a tourist on a budget, and I know that I can get many of these items much cheaper back home!”

“I have been shopping at Sylvie's for years. Having moved out of state a few years ago, my first stop for my visit back to Carmel was Sylvie's. She is such a delight, providing great service and fashion advice. Her clothes are top quality and truly unique fashion pieces that are long lasting. Shopping in Carmel is not complete without a visit to Sylvie's Unique Boutique.”

“I worked with Heather and the store manager trying to find something that fit some more specific styles requests. They were so accommodating and did everything they could to make sure I found what I needed and the best fit for me. I have not had an experience to this level at a VS. I wish I lived locally so I could shop here more often!”
