“My pharmacy closed down so I had to switch and as I looked around and contacted several major chain stores (CVS, Safeway, and Walgreens), I was greeted with either rude or they were extremely short with their answers. It was like I was putting them out just because I needed help transferring my prescriptions over to their pharmacy. In other words, I was asking them to do their job and yet that was still too much to ask. So I took a different approach and started calling smaller Mom and Pop pharmacies that were way more personable and understanding and I stumbled across Sebastopol Family Pharmacy and I'm glad I did because they are amazing. They know how to treat their customers, how to be flexible, and help in any way especially if you're having issues with something. They will even mail your prescriptions to your house if dor some reason you are having trouble getting there.
Let me put this is perspective for you. Sebastopol is 45 minutes away from my house and I still choose to go to them than any other closer Pharmacy. That's how much I like them and that's how much I appreciate what they do and how they run their business. If your Pharmacy is closing down or if you're just looking for a new Pharmacy to go to that's reliable, personable, and dedicated to making sure that you have a great experience getting your prescriptions then I definitely recommend Sebastopol Family Pharmacy.”

“I don't know why there's such a low score. The pharmacy is far better than CVS. They are very kind and helpful when you need help. The store is so much cleaner than CVS in our town. I used to love going into CVS when it was in the Redwood Plaza, but the new one is always filthy and disgusting. I much prefer Rite Aid. They have what I need here in terms of sundries and pharmacy needs. Big bonus if you are a visitor; postcards are only $.25 lol”

“Their website states they have senior hours 3 days a week 7-9 am. I called last month to confirm, and I was told they stopped that back in June. I advised them to update the hours info, but the website still shows senior hours. Very unprofessional.”
