I had an appointment for a shot. 60 minutes later…. I finally got my shot. I should have walked out but I didnt want to have to wait for another appointment again. What is the point of making an appointment?!?!?

Wanted to use the bathroom so bad, The cashier keep saying give me 2mins give me 2mins until I waited 20mins and just left the store. Very unprofessional. This is the worst Walgreens. And other employees just talking and talking won't even help me

Here today. 8 people in line. 1 cashier. 2 employees talking behind photo counter 10’ away. Looking, not even concerned for customers waiting. Come on Walgreen’s! Really?! Does anyone care or provide customer service anymore? What a joke.
