“I am so impressed with the Crane Herb website and their overall service. The Custom Pharmacy tool is straightforward, simplifying the accurate submission of complex prescriptions. Beyond the tech, their customer service is outstanding. Whenever I've had a question about an order or needed help with my practitioner account, their representatives have been professional and incredibly helpful. If you are looking for authentic, high-quality herbs you can actually trust, this is the company to go with.”

“Their website states they have senior hours 3 days a week 7-9 am. I called last month to confirm, and I was told they stopped that back in June. I advised them to update the hours info, but the website still shows senior hours. Very unprofessional.”
