Cheerful and pleasant staff and owner. I cannot suggest any improvements. Of the 3 U-Haul providers I have been using in (California) Kelseyville, Lakeport, and Sebastopol, all of the locations are very pleasant and kind.

The gentleman that helped us was fabulous.
Love to see a man who can multitask.

John was helpful, nice and knowledgeable... He even offered and took the boxes I purchased out to my truck... thanks John... You are a breath of fresh air...
