I have been renting vehicles from them for a few years already and I love how easy it is if you need to extend the rental which I always usually do. Pick up is easy and drop off is easy. I use a debit card when I rent so there is a deposit to pay which is understandable. You'll receive that deposit when you drop off via your bank account however long that may take your bank for refunding.
