“It's fine for me because i am computer literate. But everytime I go in for an appt, there is some older-than-me pt who is a walk-in, totally confused about making an appt and needing a staff member to explain, at length, how to use their phone to do that.
Sometimes, it's just too much to ask an elderly person. It's like your system is totally uncaring about a certain segment of society. This needs to be addressed!”

“I like coming to this location. The sign-in process is simple, receptionist (phlebotomist) is helpful and very kind (makes you feel comfortable), she is also awesome at doing her job (a lot of people don't know how to properly draw blood, she has no issues). This is my second time coming to this location and I've always left pleased.”

“They were running a little late but only about 10 minutes. Evidently a lot of stand-by patients came in earlier, so that’s to be expected. Everything went exceptionally well except it was freezing in there, made my arthritis flare up however I’d rather have it cold than hot. So, aside from my minor complaints, I’m very pleased with this Wuest being so close to home.”
