“I locked my keys in my car, while I was down town getting my kiddo some dental surgery. (No where near home at all.(scary) I called, got a price and an eta in less than 2 mins.. There was a little mix up with the address when he arrived (on time) but he wasn’t bothered by this, and stayed on the phone until he found me n my car. Introduce himself with a solid handshake and genuine attitude. My car is a dinosaur, but he was able to open the car quickly. Saved my day!

“Mr. Tyler showed up within 2 hours from Fresno. He was very kind and professional along with caring. The weather was pretty bad and visibility hardly 100 yards. I was stuck on 152w bound on the edge of hill. I stayed in truck the whole time. I would say within 20 minutes everything was connected and ready to go. I can’t thank enough to Mr Tyler . Hopefully I won’t have a breakdown in future. But if I do I would prefer Mr Tyler to come for rescuing. May God bless Tyler and his family along with the company.”

“Absolutely great, pleasant, professional, prompt, and competent service at really fair price. Charged my battery (car sat 6 months while I was gone) and brought me 3 gallons of fuel. I PAY for AAA, but they would NOT send a truck because my tags were expired. Even though I'd gone to DMV , paid in full for registration and had been given a 24 hour use permit to go get my Smog Certificate and come back to DMV for my tags, AAA would NOT jump start my car. Neither would Geico for which I pay extra for roadside service! I'm going to drop both of those and just call Elite as needed in the future. Better service for less money❤️”

“I went to go to work and found out someone punctured my two tires on my passenger side of my car . I was panicked and stressed as I was supposed to be heading into work and my car wasn’t drivable . I was able to get in contact with my insurance get a tow and then get my tires done in less than an hour from start to finish. Wonderful Service got me in quickly got my tires fixed quickly also went above and beyond to check my other tire fix that tire and also put caps on for me. They were wonderful gentlemen I will definitely be coming back just for the customer service. I highly recommend them there the best . Best prices in town. Great customer service open till 7 PM which is a bonus!”

“Awesome shop! I blew out my rear tire in Cantua Creek and was towed into Fresno. It was 1am so I crashed at a motel 6 near Andre’s 2 wheels. The next day I found out that Andre’s could not help me. I called up Raymond and he picked me up and towed me to his shop. He fed me breakfast and hooked me up with a new rear tire. The old man and the teens he was mentoring all prayed for me before heading north towards Oregon. I don’t know much about the man, but I can tell you he is honest and fair. Thanks for getting me to Oregon! This was back in 2019. Hope all is well.”

“I had a great experience, i had called him i needed assistance towing my car home at 1 am. I have roadside assistance they said they would have gotten there in two hours or so. I was alone with my kids my husband was working out of town. Luckily i seen his ad on google so i called him he showed up within 20 mins. He got me and my kids home safe he spoke to my husband and let him know what was wrong with my car my husband was super happy and grateful for him. “Let me tell you about Jose! If you’re a fan of quick affordable and quality service Jose is the man!! Driving down from San Jose to Bakersfield and break down in Fresno. Called a couple other people before Jose and was over an hour wait time. Gave Jose a call said 25 minutes to get to me and was there in 20. Shows up with a wheel lift tow truck keep in mind this is a pretty low car even flat beds scare me. Said wouldn’t be an issue and started hooking up with all the care in the world of my undercarriage. Great conversations all the way to my destination and better prices than others around town!!
