“I can not express enough how grateful I am of Jocelyne Jimenez at this location. She went above and beyond to assist in getting my money back that no other associate or call center rep would do. I spent days & hours on the phone with customer service, along with the fraud department that would go in circles telling me the wrong information. Then I went into this bank and dealt with Mrs Jimenez and she was able to see the MAJOR error on Bank of Americas end and never gave up to resolving the matter. I wouldn't recommend Bank of America themselves anymore due to such stress and problem they internally caused, BUT, if any other current customer has any problems Mrs Jimenez is the absolute best to go to in getting things taken care of. Her amazing customer service is a course other employees should take and learn a thing or two on. Thank you Jocelyne for fighting for me and being so remarkable!”
