“No Overnight Parking. Pilot 12 miles away, TA 16 miles away.
At the corner of the intersection of Express & Zachary you will see a Sign that says “Ross Truck Entrance” TAKE THAT TURN!
24 Hours Open!
I arrived at 8pm for my 4:54am-8pm drop n hook appointment. Guard shack had open up my trailer doors, then gave me instructions where to drop my empty and go for the shipping/receiving office. If you continue from guard shack, go straight you will see “building 2266” on the corner, your right hand side. If you make that right turn and go all the way straight and in between dock 133 & 134 is shipping/receiving office. If you continue going on straight past “building 2266” you will go to empty/loaded trailer lot. The first row entering the lot is 08, next 09, so on and so on.
The guard gave me “Lot Number” where to drop my empty but didn’t explain also there is more than one of the same of “Lot Numbers” also with a letter. The number the guard gave me already had a trailer in the spot, I called the office to explain the situation, they said write on paper the Lot Number and Letter you dropped your trailer at. I did that, bobtailed to office, signed for my bills, bobtailed to my loaded trailer, attached to it and drove to guard shack to be checked out. I was out.
This place is an easy in and out process, I wish in the future the guard shack would have explained the dropping of the empties a bit better.”
