“2024 Update. 5 years ago, I left the review below. However, that manager is gone, and the new manager is awesome. I don't want my past review to affect your decision to come here to shop.
The manager Mark at Safari RV is the reason we will no longer go back for RV parts and supplies. He argued with everything we were trying to do to fix our trailer. He wouldn't listen, he interrupted, he was condescending and just plain rude! I do not recommend going here, I would rather go to Camping World and I don't like their prices, but I'll go anyway to avoid this man!”
“I am old and have severe back and knee problems. The battery on one of my cars went bad and I have had Perry's work on my cars for years and never had any complaint. I called and talked to Jeremy and he came to the house the next morning with a new battery and installed it. I have nothing but high regard for all the people there and especially Jeremy.

“I went to Hild's prior to this incident and was so impressed with their work, that i refused to take my car anywhere else. They are so friendly and they do a great job!! They replaced my Lift gate, my back bumper and replaced both my rear tail lamps. Awesome job!!”

“J and K muffler did an amazing job on our Acura RSX exhaust today. They were able to adjust our catalytic converter and customize a mid pipe that needed to be replaced to give the car a much needed increase in ground clearance. They take care of their customers from the phone call all the way through to the welding and customization of exhaust pipe fittings. The attention to detail in the work they do and how they treat you as a customer is greatly appreciated. I will refer all my friends and family that need any muffler or custom exaust related work to J and K Muffler.”

“Great service! Most importantly, timely service (within the limits of getting parts and technicians scheduled), communication was always clear about these things. I was paying out of pocket and Todd was really clear with me about costs and they worked with me to customize the job without hesitation. Overall I just felt like I was dealing with real humans who like their jobs and basically wanted me to be stoked. I forget the name of the technician, but shout out to him too.”
“Was rear ended and they fixed it up like it was new. A few months later one of the the sensors came loose from the bumper and they were quick to fix it. I appreciate their customer service and attention to detail. If I ever need more work done I would come back here and highly recommend them.”
“On a houseboat trip our alternator went out. We called everywhere in Redding, and finally someone gave us Charlie’s number. He not only helped, but went out of his way to help. He swapped the alternator pulley for us, looked in the boat to make sure he had the right fit. He could not have been more helpful or friendly and he saved our week! Thanks Charlie!!!”

“My van needed a new battery. Located under driver's seat. Not an easy task to replace. Jared and the other guys got right on it and took time to explain why some batteries are under the driver's seat. Sold me a new one only after determining the old one had issues. Great price and excelllent service.”
“Absolutely the best. Had a evap belt broke on my reefer. No place close in Medford, Or had a belt but these guys did. Soon as I arrived they directed me into the shop and wam bam fixed in 30 minutes, saving my load”
