“2024 Update. 5 years ago, I left the review below. However, that manager is gone, and the new manager is awesome. I don't want my past review to affect your decision to come here to shop.
The manager Mark at Safari RV is the reason we will no longer go back for RV parts and supplies. He argued with everything we were trying to do to fix our trailer. He wouldn't listen, he interrupted, he was condescending and just plain rude! I do not recommend going here, I would rather go to Camping World and I don't like their prices, but I'll go anyway to avoid this man!”

“I am old and have severe back and knee problems. The battery on one of my cars went bad and I have had Perry's work on my cars for years and never had any complaint. I called and talked to Jeremy and he came to the house the next morning with a new battery and installed it. I have nothing but high regard for all the people there and especially Jeremy.

“I've had my 2022 silverado worked on for several services at D&L Motorsports, both scheduled maintenance as well as warranty repairs. They have always been quick and courteous, and worked with my extended warranty company to get the repair work covered. They also offered me shuttle rides so I didn't have to wait for the repairs to be done. I highly recommend using their shop if your vehicle needs a repair. They work on both foreign and domestic vehicles.”

“To start my wife called me letting me know her car won’t start. I rushed over to the gym where she was at and realized yes the battery was dead. I jumpstarted got the car running realizing there’s gonna be something more going on so I took it to the AutoZone on 273. There was a young man there named Trent who was extremely helpful. He said let me take a look let’s see what’s going on and he said Yep you’re right it’s your battery. He looked me up in the system and says hey you don’t have to pay for it cause it’s under warranty. He was so helpful and patient because it was near closing time but he said don’t worry we’ll get it taken care of so I just wanted to make sure someone knew how awesome Trent is specially in my hour in need.”

“Great service! Most importantly, timely service (within the limits of getting parts and technicians scheduled), communication was always clear about these things. I was paying out of pocket and Todd was really clear with me about costs and they worked with me to customize the job without hesitation. “Miller is amazing, this is the second time they flawlessly fixed one of my cars at an exponential rate! They are kind and go above and beyond for all their customers. Karina is amazing and went out of her way to make sure everything was as easy as possible for me. To getting my rental car, and getting it back to enterprise without the added stress of having to find rides back and forth with small children. I am a Honda girly so I love that they are certified with Honda as well. Miller always keeps you up to date so you’re not left wondering what’s happening with your car. They always clean my car before they give it back to me as well. They did such a wonderful job with my CRV after it was rear ended that when my insurance suggested another company to fix my Pilot after a deer incident I said no thank you, I must go to Miller. They are the best and their professionalism always exceeds my expectations.”

“I checked in for my oil change appointment and explained to Eric S. that I was also having trouble with my trailer lights. He promptly took his reader and informed my that there were no unusual codes coming from the trailer module that feeds the receptacle. Talk about service!! Thanks Eric!”
“First time customer and must say I am impressed! I recently acquired a nearly 20 year old performance car with years of deferred maintenance. Steve answered my questions before I scheduled my first appointment. His feedback and recommendations were honest and meaningful. I reached out to another local shop (that has been here longer than O2) about my concerns and did not even get a call back. O2 serviced my car last week and the work was completed on time and at a very fair price. From now on, I can rest assured that we no longer have to drive to Chico or Sacramento to service the European cars in our family.”

“The entire staff at Napa in Shasta Lake are so amazing and helpful. We were going for a drive, the serpentine belt broke as we were headed to the dam. We limped into Napa’s parking lot. They had everything we needed. They were so great. We never made it to the dam, but we will definitely go back to them in the future. Thank you all so much!”
