Quick turnover time when it comes to any issues or maintenance that’s required!The apartments have good insulation as well so it definitely helps out during the colder winter months.”

Original review: While my initial tour was pleasant and the complex appeared lovely, unfortunately things didn't end up working out for me because this complex does not allow exotic pets, despite the fact that they are completely harmless and have no chance of getting out of their enclosures (I have two ball pythons). I wish I had been aware of this prior to paying $300 to apply. Most of the money was returned, except for $40 which paid for the background check that was performed.”
“Tamara the leasing manager was very polite and helpful. Sadly the units unfortunately won't work for us due to sets of stairs that my elderly parent cannot navigate, but the tour and scheduling process was very convenient.”

“Overall good experience. Denise was great managing the property. Specifically my apartment was noisy, especially on trash days and there was a fan in the bathroom that was extremely loud. But all in all a good experience and the apartment was well kept”
