“I’ve lived in this building for a couple years now. All of the neighbors are friendly and it truly has a community feel. The property is always kept clean and well maintained, and you can tell the management cares.
A huge part of that is because of our property manager, Scott. He genuinely makes the building feel like one big family. He regularly plans events and get-togethers that bring everyone together and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. You can see how much pride he takes in the building. He pays attention to every detail and makes sure things are taken care of right away.
Highly recommend living here — it’s more than just an apartment, it feels like a close knit community.”

“I’ve been a resident at Studio Noho for over two years, and it’s one of my favorite places I've lived. The building is full of artists, actors, musicians, and creatives of all types. Everyone I met while living here was very kind and many residents have some sort of creative occupation. It's really a special place.
Avenue 5 Management team was great to work with. They were very accommodating when it came time for me to move out and even offered to dump the trash and some beat up furniture and stuff I wasn't keeping.
And don't sleep on Pablito's taco truck at Circus Liquor every night! :)
