Brian was wonderful to work with and very clear and communicative throughout my repair process, and his father Danny was so kind and welcoming too. They were transparent and trustworthy and did phenomenal work within a reasonable timeframe. My car looks better than ever now (meaning they repaired my car beyond the standard of what I expected it to be returned). They even vacuumed and washed it as well. They truly went above and beyond. “My 2012 Lexus Ct200h has been a work horse for me as a daily driver the past couple of years. I'm a car enthusiast at heart, so I tend to be very picky about things. My rear spoiler, hatch, and hood started to fade really bad.I reached out to Desesa Autocraft and spoke to Conrad about what I needed done. I dropped the car off on Thursday 4/20/23, and he said it would probably be done by 4/28. The car was actually ready on 4/25. When a business doesn't cut corners, does quality work, and exceeds timeline all these qualities build a great business. They do everything from insurance claims, to paint restorations.
