They took me right away, were honest and friendly. The man at the front who helped me even found a coupon to save me $25. They handled both issues in under 2 hours. “I came limping in off the freeway, miles away from home, with a fast-deflating tire. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted, and a quick diagnosis was performed. The technician pointed out the damage, and Arman (manager) sat with me to go over options. 1 bad tire, 1 similarly worn front tire, and I decided to replace all four. The pricing was fair, the service was swift, and a good cup of coffee was served to me. All in all- 5 Stars, for sure.”

“I broke the Sideview mirror on my Honda Accord and asked for a service referral on Nextdoor. Someone was kind enough to tell me about Karsten Imports. I called immediately. Mats saw me within a half an hour of my call even though It was after closing hours. He was super friendly, honest, and my car was fixed within days. I asked if he had a mirror laying around that he could tape on for me in the meantime. He found one, rigged it for me and I drove safely for a couple of days until I got my replacement mirror. “This review is for the attendant named Armen, who helped me fill up the air in my tires today. He was outside and when I asked if he could turn the machine on for me, he went to grab the little remote that activates the air, and proactively offered to help me. He was super kind, did it really quick, and saved me from getting my hands all grimy. I use this gas station frequently and get friendly customer service regardless of who mans the register. Earlier this year, I was in a rush and needed to break a larger bill, and the guy with an eastern-european accent was so gracious and helped me with the exchange.G-d bless!”
