Our management company uses Capitol for all unit turnovers. They do a fantastic job on scheduling and showing up on time. Jay is an absolute professional when it comes down to our requests.

This guy is a joker. Sent him the exact measurements (with 1/2 foot extra on each side). They came and did not complete the closet blaming me for not giving the right sizes. Paid upfront and didn't negotiate the price and they didn't complete the work. No refund given for the incomplete portion.
