The coaches are very patient, clear, and always open to questions. They create an environment where you can ask anything and never feel “too new” or out of place.
Very quickly, I realized the coaches treat every student the same, no matter your rank or experience level. Whether you are brand new like me or have been training for years, they give you the same respect, attention, and encouragement. There is never a sense of superiority or arrogance, just a genuine desire to help everyone improve and learn.
The other students are a testament to the atmosphere the coaches have built. Everyone I have trained with has been friendly, supportive, and quick to offer help.

“I fell in love with weight lifting at Iron Method because of the structured exercises and consistency of training in every class. My favorite is Carolyn because she makes the classes so entertaining with her crazy energy that never seems to exhaust her. I love how she motivates by pushing my limits but never puts me down if I choose to take it easy. We all get a personal training in a class setting environment and don't pay an arm and a leg for it. All the Instructors are pretty amazing though with their unique training methods. I am very grateful to be part of the Iron Method community:)”

“I was in LA for a few weeks and was looking to stay active during the holidays, and I found so much more than that at Dragonfly.
All the instructors were great. Shoutout to Michelle, Troy, and Jess who I took the most classes with. Michelle’s spin and TRX classes were engaging with upbeat playlists and good energy. Troy pushed me in his strength classes but always with a smile, which helped me get stronger while having fun. Jess had the perfect balance of challenge and support, sprinkling each class with words of wisdom and encouragement. Each time I left the studio, I felt stronger and more grounded than I did when I walked in.
On top of all of that, the people in classes were really kind. There was no sense of competition or comparison, everyone is trying to be better and support each other.
That’s what makes Dragonfly so special. There's a positive and life-affirming energy that feels good. Jess’ purpose and passion for the studio is palpable, and the community that has grown there has been built on that foundation. I’ve trained a lot of gyms with great instructors, but not every place has that special sauce that sets it apart.

“I joined this gym a few months ago and it's really become a safe space to get healthy and fit again. It's not big or flashy but has the right equipment to get the job done. Risky does a great job of maintaining a friendly and respectful gym experience for all by the members he attracts. No bros slamming weights or annoying you while you're trying to get a workout in. My one complaint is that the gym is pretty warm, worried about summer heat in the valley.”

If you have any issues he actually listens and addresses the problem.”
