“I don't usually take time to write reviews but the exceptional service that Maristel Vasco, the Relationship Manager VP Long Beach branch has definitely went above and beyond her job description, she had closely followed up on my application, answers phone calls, emails and any client inquiry efficiently and speedily. She take time to answer questions and able to multi task to be able to deliver results not just in time but even ahead of due dates. The process of my refinance was not smooth sailing but Ms. Vasco's service recovery has really made me relax during the process. Ms. Maristel Vasco is a true gem in your company. “I had an account my father set up for me before he passed away 11 years ago and my mom kept mail about it and I don’t know anything about td ameritrade and that stuff so I just wanted to close the account and take the money out. The head offices made this difficult and there were some hoops to jump through but at this branch I saw this man trey who worked there on Mondays and he was able to help the process go smoother and I was able to cash my check yesterday and get the money. Trey is the only reason I’m giving this branch 5 stars because he was very helpful and remembered me from 2 Mondays ago!”

“There is a branch closer to where I live, but some of the employees from that branch moved to this one years ago, and whenever I used this branch they all greeted me in such a friendly way, which was definitely appreciated. When the other local branch where we had our safety deposit box closed and relocated here, there was an even greater incentive to bank at this location when we need something 'in person' vs. online. Every past encounter with tellers, security or customer service agents has been stellar -- extremely friendly, courteous, professional and so helpful. Drive up hours are also a plus. I have to agree with Jay about the slippery floors when it rains, but that is a minor complaint, easily remedied!”
