Kyle's service is literally the best service I've ever had! He was very attentive to me and did everything he could to make sure I felt taken care of! He overextended himself in helping me find shoes I really wanted and somehow actually got them! (it was nearly impossible) I wish every store had a Kyle!

WOW!!! I was at the Sherman Oaks mall today. My friend introduced me to Journeys shoe store!The displays were enticing / a great display with all my trending brands at reasonable rates!The highlight was Pablo & his impeccable demeanor, knowledge, and nice approach to sales !!!Pablo knows his shoes !
