For the service I went in I am very pleased with not only the customer service but the patience and willingness to provide support and solve my issue. I went in from a previous t mobile store that I had a not so good experience at, Bryan went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service. He listened to my previous experience and was very clear on the time we would be there, answered all my questions, and explained every step of the process. Very satisfied customer- thank you.”
“This Best Buy is usually pretty dead which is nice because there's little to no line when checking out. The staff have always been helpful and attentive. There's always parking, you just have to go to the upper lot if the bottom is full. I have never had issues with any of the products that I've purchased, and I go there kind of frequently (maybe once a month or once every two months).”

“True Verizon Wireless (not Invicta or other reseller), which means accurate and timely service through Verizon. Third party vendors don't offer the best options nor the most price effective solutions and should be avoided. This location isn't third party, IS a corporate service store for Verizon. That meant receiving an offer for 5G Home Internet, with 300+ Mbps and reliability enough for all but the most diehard eSports and Video Games enthusiasts. Staff is eager to help even when slammed by walk-ins. Equipment inventory on site is stellar, all items received same day of purchase without delay.”
“I mean, I don’t give 5 stars easily, but I really have to say I’ve been very satisfied every time I enter this store. The service is always pretty quick and efficient. Plus if you come in at the right time, you can catch a lesson of something that adds just a little extra benefit to each visit. I wish I could remember the names of the people who helped me, but if the culture and training are right, then you should have a similar experience with each team member. Obviously, people are different so you won’t get the exact same experience every time, but I have to say, I do appreciate this store and they’ve always done me right. “This place is wonderful, if you are like me and want to protect your phone and or need accessories for your phone this place is it. I recently got my new phone in October and have literally cracked the glass protector 4 times since it is always slipping out of my pocket and or hands. With the unlimited warranty the privacy screen protects and is worth the investment especially when upgrading devices”
