We have been going to Sam for over a year now to get various things printed. When we are in the shop in person he greets us with a smile. When we communicate over texting and emails, he replies right away.The quality of the prints he has done for us have been amazing thus far. We have had business cards done by him, and more recently large posters. As for the process, it was pain free. We sent in our designs, he has his designer look over them and sends us proofs before going to press. We picked the products up in person and paid for the service.I suggest Sam's business because of his great communication skills, and fast turn around time.There is street parking in front of his store.

I showed up for a conference in LA without business cards, and in 1.5 hours Mike at Printnet was able to take my design, lay it out and print 100 great looking business cards for a fair price. Great experience all around!

Sam at Printnet was friendly, laid back and attentive. He listened to what we needed and added some suggestions of his own. He was patient and helpful and answered our questions. We had him add design and the pamphlet came out looking great. We received a 1st & 2nd draft to proofread and correct. Then it went to print. Thank you Printnet and Sam!! Wow, if you are looking for a top-notched amazing print company that goes above and beyond for its customers and produces an amazing product, stop here. This is the company you've been searching for - hands down the best customer service I have ever received from a print shop. I had a short deadline to convert nearly 2,000 pages, from 10 volumes, into PDFs. I called in the morning and checked on pricing - which was very competitive. Other firms were being very wishy washy as to their ability to complete the job on time - and this was a legal document for which the deadline could NOT be missed, even if it meant me hand-scanning for 48 hours straight. Thank goodness I found Sam and Printnet. When I called back, he said, get it here by 2:30 and I'll have it to you BEFORE your deadline. I got there at 2:29. I got a call late into the evening, possibly even outside of normal business hours, letting me know my job was done - a full day early. I went from being in a panic in the morning, to a relaxing cocktail in the evening, a thumb drive of PDFS in my pocket and all my binders put together. Anyone that knows the panic of having something important and feeling lost, knows what it is like to have someone that is calm, reassuring, and capable. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else.
