Transmission Repair in Sherman Oaks, CA

“I cannot say enough good things about this repair shop!

Steve is truly a wonderful human being. What stood out to me the most was that he genuinely cares about helping you first, rather than just making money off your repair.

You can really feel that authenticity. He was so deeply involved in figuring out my car’s issue and went above and beyond to help me. I am beyond grateful that I randomly discovered this shop on TikTok a while back.

If you’re looking for an honest and caring mechanic, this is the place!”

“I was referred to a neighboring auto repair shop and accidentally walked into Mr. Gomora's shop, and didn't realize it until after the repairs were complete. It seems to have been a very happy accident. Jose Gomora is an extremely fair, honest and decent guy. The day after he completed extensive repairs on our minivan there was a problem with the alternator and the battery went dead. He waited in his shop long past closing for the tow truck to drop the van off and then called me this morning to tell me that, although he can't imagine how his repairs caused the problem, he was going to pay for a new alternator. That was the right thing to do but it feels so rare that people do the right thing without an argument. Time will tell if the workmanship holds up but, even with the issue that arose after the repair, I'm still very impressed by this shop. Honest, fair, decent people.”

“I highly recommend Marc ! He was honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and did an excellent job on my car. I really appreciate the great service and attention to detail. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I’m very happy I found him. I will definitely be coming back and recommending him to my family and friends!”
