Terrible service!!! Under staffed making customers stand and wait easily 30 minutes.... they are always sorry but never improve.

Horrible branch, it took me 4 days to open the checking account that will be locked by the very next day by the reason unknown not only to me , but by the branch clerks too.

Very impolite manager. A very bad listener. She even didn't understand why I went to the branch.Very disappointing from Chase.
