This bank is very inconvenient and difficult to deal with. It’s always extremely crowded, with very long queues that can take hours. Without an appointment, it’s basically impossible to get in, and appointments have to be booked almost a month in advance.

The staff is not professional. I Check with this location to get 10,000 cash. I wait for 30 minutes for no reason they just say they want to check your account.

Absolutely amazing service, especially from Gayane who helped me out with a difficult problem! Never had such great service at a bank or such a kind representative.
