“Michelle really came through for me when I was in a bind. I had paid a Sacramento company an exorbitant amount to clean my chimney because smoke was blowing into the house. After their “cleaning,” the fireplace actually worked worse. I assumed it was a mechanical issue with the damper, so I went back to the store where I had purchased my insert to ask for advice.
Michelle immediately understood the issue: the chimney sweep had pushed all the creosote down onto the fireplace insert, blocking the airflow. She didn’t just explain the problem—she took action. She sent one of her employees (Yay Ray!) to follow me home and remove the top of the insert. It was so packed with debris that Ray had to wrestle with it for quite a while.
Michelle’s assessment was spot-on, and she helped me with genuine care—on the same day, right before Thanksgiving. I’m incredibly grateful for her knowledge, integrity, and sense of community.
I won’t make the mistake again of calling a scammy same-day service from Sacramento. For anything related to Pacific Energy inserts, go to Michelle. She’s the real deal.”

“This is my favorite Christmas shop! I started going 3 years ago and now we go every year for ornaments! They have a lot of other stuff too, including baby stuff (I got a rattle and a stuffed animal) and kids toys. They have the most eclectic, fun, and beautiful ornament collection. The owners are so kind, and thoughtful about how they decorate the store and interact with their customers. I love it here and will continue to visit for years to come!”
