“I went to buy a bottle of self-spray paint. The two cashiers I met at the checkout were very nice and provided enthusiastic service. I happened to have 1 dollar left in my wallet, so I gave her a tip. I was very satisfied with her service. But the young male salesperson was very impatient. They explain everything to you and your receipt has everything listed as to the repairs they did. they are very honest and reliable. “I needed a sliding gate motor for a commercial property and after much research decided on getting the Calimet motor, which is based out of Los Angeles county and has made in America motors.
I spoke with Denise who was extremely helpful from initial product selection, to configuration of the system, to checking the design with engineering and availability over her cell to answer any questions and procure additional parts I needed.
I recommend these guys for all your gate motor needs. I found out they also carry all the wrought iron gate parts too. I recommend the store and their products.”
“MISSION West K & B (est 2005) is an opulent one-stop-shop kitchen and bath shop. It is a family owned and operated business located in South Pasadena. They supply customers with all of their plumbing, lighting, hardware, counter top and custom cabinetry.
Their showroom emits class and elegance as evidence by the unique-creative designs of their products. I was on the market of upgrading my kitchen and bathroom and they seem to have the stuff that I might need. I have looked all over Pasadena and they are on the top of my list. Parking is abundant along Mission street. Overall, it’s a great kitchen and bathroom store.”

“I found Prime Electric in search of material that was unavailable at nearby big-box stores and electric suppliers. I'm glad I called because not only did they have the material available, but they had an abundance in stock. Christian assisted me on the phone and had my order ready by the time we ended the call. When I arrived he greeted me with my order ready at the register for a fast transaction and gave me his business card for any future needs. Since then, I have become a regular and every time I go in, he and his team are always friendly and helpful. Christian also routinely checks in via-text to see if we need anything for that particular day. As a general contractor, I appreciate the great prices, inventory, location, and especially their exceptional customer service.Highly recommend.”

“Great store. Obviously the exterior is really cute and old timey, but the inside is great too. Reminds me of local hardware stores I'd go to with my dad as a kid. The vibe and smell is nostalgic. I was looking for a kind of specific little hardware piece- I brought one for example and the attendant walked me over, and helped me find it. He was diligent and patient, and taught me what the actual thing was called. (A hitch pin, if you're curious) I was able to buy just a handful just as many as I needed, and was on my way. I honestly would love another reason to visit but I'm just glad this place exists”
