“Can't say enough about Maggie in the print section. She bent over backwards to help us with our promotional material. She was extremely communicative throughout the process. She helped us with the layout and sizing since the card was a front and back postcard. Maggie went way above and beyond! Her attitude was nothing but pleasant, helpful, and professional. Give this lady a raise and thanks Maggie for making a stressful situation work out perfect!”

“Had an issue with a CPU installation that resulted in my PC power cycling and not working. Took it here to have someone professional look at it (before I messed something else up ). Turned out my motherboard was fried (so props to me for not messing up my new CPU after my first time trying to install a CPU). Long story short, they installed a new motherboard, new CPU, and new cooling system for me.They said it would only take a day, but instead it took about 3ish. Rather than doing a rushed job and meeting the initial estimated finish date, they needed to swap out my cooling system for a better one because it would have ruined my new CPU (Ryzen 9 5095X) due to it overheating. So I HIGHLY appreciated them going the extra mile and noticing this for me. They also tested everything before giving it back to me for QA purposes. I'd rather wait the extra few days and potentially save hundreds of dollars. They could've not done anything and had me come back later to pay for more repairs. They gave me a lot of advice as well and SHOWED me what they were doing before they did it. There was a lot of trust involved in this repair, and it paid off (pun absolutely intended). Definitely will be coming back for future upgrades. Learned a lot about computers in this process. As for the computer itself, it's running like a beast. Very powerful and very quiet surprisingly (more so than before). I wanted to wait a day after I got my computer to test out the programs I use and it's working great. When I picked up my tower, they showed me what parts were in the rig, that the display was working, and that the parts they said they were going to install were there. Kept me updated and sent me photos to show me progress. Very transparent and communicative.”

“I finally got a moment to write a review. Last year Leslie worked wonders printing my father obituary! We messed up and she walked us through on how to fix it. Her customer service was definitely awesome and I appreciate her patience with us. Tiffany the manager came through and helped us when something wasn't being charge correctly. The night crew really worked hard that night because it was super busy. Thank you guys”

“My mom has been buying computers from them for 20 yrs now and when I needed to buy my own, she knew right where to point me. Brad, who handles sales, was so extremely helpful. Remembered me and my situation every time I called and had a great recommendation for the computer I needed given the work I do. Just got my computer a couple days ago and it works and looks great!”
