“Liz was absolutely wonderful! I came in to pick up my new laptop and was having some trouble adding AppleCare. Liz was so kind, patient, and informative throughout the whole process. She took the time to help me figure out that I needed to fix my Apple password before I could add my card, and she made everything so much easier. I really appreciated how helpful and genuinely kind she was. Thank you, Liz, for making my experience so great and for helping me get my brand-new laptop and AppleCare! You’re a great employee and definitely deserve a shoutout! ❤”
