The Costco Tire Center is generally known for offering good value, affordable prices, and great deals on tires, particularly the Michelin brand, which is frequently mentioned as a quality product. Customers appreciate the free repair service for tires purchased there and the availability of free air pumps at the bays. The overall work performed on tires, such as repairs and installations, is typically considered satisfactory and reliable. However, the service is consistently described as very slow, requiring a lot of patience and time. Wait times often exceed estimates, sometimes stretching to two or three hours even with an appointment. The process can feel disorganized, with no dedicated waiting area, leaving customers to wait in the store or parking lot. Making an appointment online is strongly recommended and noted as super easy, as walk-in customers may face significant delays or feel ignored at the service counter. While workers are usually friendly, the pace lacks urgency and customer service can be inconsistent, with some staff appearing inattentive to those without appointments. The experience is summed up as needing considerable time but often being worth it for the product value and warranty benefits.
Had an issue with a fully deflated tire that the public pump would not fill and they were happy to help me instantly. Wouldn't even accept a tip.

OK, who doesn’t love Costco tires? Guaranteed great service every time I’ve never had a bad experience with a Costco employee. Thanks Costco

Great work, very affordable, but very slow. I scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance, showed up on time and they took 60 min to touch my car and 80 min to look at my car. Total time spent at Costco for removal of nail from tire and repair was 2hrs and 10 minutes.
