Dalin was super kind when dropping off and picking up my vehicle. I got to meet Elmer, the manager, through my repair process and he was super kind and further explained all aspects of the repair process. What a total top notch operation. Literally, I haven't had this great of service in many years. Cynthia addressed all my concerns at my drop off and made me feel 100% confident of her and the shops ability. I took my car to auto zone to read my codes and learned what needed to be done. I took my car to big Q and the people at the counter were so helpful. They promised to diagnose themselves and then they explained the service that needed to be done, price of parts and labor, timeline and financing options.
They delivered on everything. They fixed my car, and left me satisfied with the work they performed.

I bought a lot of parts for my car my Fiat 500 ABARTH Lotta upgrades to my car and now I go there for a routine service I live in Sherman Oaks so it’s a little bit of a drive but it’s worth it if I have to wait for the car I just go over to a restaurant or some of the shopping in the area have some lunch come back. My car is ready.”

He kept me informed at every step along the way. When he called to tell me my vehicle was ready, he said they were going to give it a wash before I picked it up. I expected a quick rinse off. I was amazed to see they had done just short of a full detail. Inside and out! The workmanship is beautiful. My 9 year old vehicle looks almost like new. I highly recommend them.”
