“After getting taken to the bank by another local veterinarian, I had to find a different place to take my two cat babies. I found this on Google search and was hesitant at first because of it being a chain. No need to hesitate, my cats were taken great care of and the Dr came out with them to meet me and talk to me. Very friendly, very reasonably priced, happy and healthy cats, too!!”
“I want to share my experience as a Deaf POC, since many of the reviews I saw before coming here felt very critical of the staff. Personally, I had a good experience. Some reviews seemed more like “policing” the employees’ actions or attitudes, but from what I’ve seen, many of the problems actually come from pet owners. For example, I’ve witnessed owners dragging their dogs by the leash — that’s not on the employees.
When I brought in my 3–4 month old kitten for an exam, the staff treated me well. The vet I saw (a male doctor) was kind and respectful. The price was on the higher side, but honestly reasonable compared to other vet clinics.
I was initially worried because of the reviews, but I decided to call ahead and let them know I’m Deaf. They worked with me on communication, and that made a big difference. This clinic is close to my home, and I hope to build a good relationship with them over time. If not, I know I can always find another vet — but for now, I feel good about choosing this place.”
“It was my first vet appointment with my puppy and the staff was so excited to see him! The vet was so nice and informative. Everything and everyone was excellent!”
