Don't worry you CAN pull money from the a t m, but if you decide to exchange bills, they won't let you on the inside. $20 limit. Pretty ridiculous rule. Im pretty sure they were just trying to shorten the line.

This MAIN BRANCH location has ON working ATM's outside the branch. In my local neighborhood the Wells Fargo ATM has been broken for WEEKS. I called them to fix it and they've done nothing. Switching to Bank Of America.

I made a large deposit to my personal account from my business account. The manager at her discretion put a seven day hold on the deposit. And said they needed to verify the source of the funds in my business account which is at Citi. I have never been treated with such animus and contempt.
