I've been taking my 2021 Nissan Titan here since I moved back from Phoenix in 2021. It's an okay place to do service. On a previous service I've asked for an alignment and the service writer talked me out of it and said let's do it on your next service.. I think it was cause he had already wrote up the work order. My tires ended up wearing badly.This last time which was a week or so ago, I go in and Martha the service writer is great. I go in for an oil change, tire rotation, and air bag recall. I get a call asking if I additionally would like to change my air intake filter, cabin filter, and service to my throttle body.. I okay all but the cabin filter.I get there to pick up the truck and pay the fees.I realized that my tires were not rotated. I go back in and tell the services writer my tires we're not rotated but I was charged. The service writer who was in a suit, skinny dude made a very theatrical face and gasp for air and said "Oh No" very sarcastically. Then the gentleman to left of him.. his right, jumped in and started to help since I had dealt with him on a previous service and we talked about our Titans and the BFGOODRICH all terrains. The manager sat on the other side of the theater dude.They explained to me that the technician is very good.. and he wouldn't do anything like this on purpose. I asked them why would he state on the Work order which is a legal contract that he in fact rotated my tires and torqued the lug nuts to spec. It was false. I further explained that it makes me question the other services I paid for, and if they were even conducted.. unfortunately.. I won't be going back to this place.. they did refund me for the tire rotation which was only like $20..But the fact is that they lied about providing a service and charged me for it.

I got my 2024 Civic SI here. They helped us out and made sure we were happy. Excellent sales team. Bob said he was honest and transparent, and it showed. Thank you to the whole sales team.

3hours for an oil change a few weeks ago. I came back 2 hours later and they had not touched my vehicle. The only reason I brought it was for the coupon they sent me. No shuttle service back to work, no courtesy vehicles. That is why we do not bring our car to Simi Nissan. Over-priced for repairs and poor service-time. Today, 5hours for a sensor recall and still not ready when I went to pick-up, the guy originally said 3 hours, now waiting past the 5th hour and had to Uber to and from work, as mentioned they do not provide any type of transportation. This is the last time I will come here.

I was in the market to get my daughter her first car. We had been to many dealerships and none compared. The minute we stepped foot at First Nissan we were greeted by Adam.He was kind / sweet and never pushy. Most sales people are pushy and over bearing yet not once did we feel like that here.Adam did such a wonderful job showing us a variety of vehicles and explaining everything in detail about them. We found the perfect car but unfortunately the color we wanted wasn't at his lot. Adam went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted, he drove quite a distance to bring it back to First Nissan. Bob the Sales Manager was very pleasant to work with as well. He worked his numbers to get us a great deal. I truly appreciate that. They made the process very smooth and to be honest it felt like family. Thank you, Adam and Bob for a wonderful experience purchasing my daughters first car. We will definitely refer others to you.

SCAMMER ALERT!!!! i bought an infinity Q50 "CERTIFIED" so they said, the check engine turned on after 3 days, they don't want to take care of the issue, even if it is a "CERTIFIED" vehicle, just protect your investment and buy somewhere else, is really not worth it... A 14k dollar car plus almost 2,000 in reparations, seriously, don't risks it...

I normally go to my local mechanic for oil changes, but when I need transmission fluid changes I go to the dealer. Dealer service experiences with out of warranty cars can open up a can of worms, so I'm always more hesitant at dealerships. To my surprise, my recent experience at the 1st Nissan Service department with Jaime was exceptional.He was thorough during the check-in, like a vehicle detective. Although my tech was very professional, the mechanics bays were not very busy at the time I visited. They had my car ready within 3 hours.I think this is an underrated resource for car repairs in Simi Valley.

Good service dept. Helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.Problem and zero stars for new vehicle sales.Vehicles are marked up way over already high MSRP prices.Nissan EV's are already obsolete and way, way over priced and marked way, way up. Go to Team Nissan in Oxnard for good selection and good prices.

They diagnose the car on the 29 of Dec, first they couldn't find my extended warranty, then lost the paper with my extended warranty, so I had to supply another copy. Called to check on status on the 9th of January, was told the inspector did not show, yesterday you tell me you can't reach extended warranty company & ask me to call to get a hold of them. Talk to warranty company & they tell me the inspector was there on Monday & sent the inspector again yesterday January 11th. Even the extended warranty company said this is taking far too long. I've been paying on it since to 2nd of January. I'm in the automotive industry myself, I have worked as a technician, a service advisor & parts consultant. You refuse to give a loaner or cover a rental. Something is not adding up..Have not even been offered a loaner.
