Over the summer and the pandemic it was a pleasant relaxing place for her to go and she created a beautiful oil painting that she will be using for her portfolio. “I can only offer an observer's opinion of this facility. I was there several weeks ago as one of several guest speakers from a local nonprofit organization. Another charitable group gathered there to introduce mothers and daughters to options for places they can volunteer over the next six years to fulfill their goals. While I waited for my turn to speak, I checked out the large main room, filled with bright, colorful art projects. Mostly paintings were featured, since they're easy to hang. Still, I could see that other types of art mediums are taught. My understanding is that this is a popular destination for kids' birthday parties, though I could see it as a gal pals' get-together spot, too. I hadn't heard of them before being given the address to come for the event. I was really impressed with finding such a fun, inspiring resource in the community for artists of all ages to release their creative juices.”
