I kept being charged $10 for going over my data allowance. I went in to the AT&T store on Sycamore. Dee was very helpful and called the main office and they were able to get me on the unlimited plan. She was very helpful, I definitely would recommend her to anyone. They even refunded me the charges for going over the data plan.

I brought my mother in law in here and we ended up being in here all day trying to fix somethings ... the associate was so incredibly kind and did everything to help us get thru it . The manager came on shift while we were still there and we eneded up facing more issues and she was able to help us resolve them and I just want to say this has been my best encounter with any mobile service provider! They were so patient . And idk it was a long day but things got resolved !

i am still dealing with the repercussions of this store from Mason that convinced me to listen too his voodoo magic and that oh! but if I would just open 2 random telephone lines, he promised that they could be closed in a month and that he could save us a skyrocketing amount. Well, my father went in at the end of september and guess what. Those STUPID TELEPHONE NUMBERS HAVE HAD ME ON THE PHONE WITH AT&T FOR THE PAST TWELVE HOURS. Mason. I haven't slept in almost 48 hours trying to get this all figured out. and I'm still nowhere near. This place is so shady. SO shady. The way the employees all hide in the back too.

WHY HAVE had an appointment at 6:30 and still setting here. It's 45 min later the lady come once again for 3x and stated she will help us in one minute.

After a long horrible series of events..I staggered into AT&T to see if I had completely ruined my phone. Well, I did. But Marc gave me options and was so helpful. I was almost in tears sitting there and was so thankful that he made it so easy for me. Honestly he was the light to the end of my tunnel and I am truly grateful for his grace. Thank you Marc.

This has to be the worst AT&T store ever the whole store shuts down for lunch, and not one person working from 2:30 to 3:30 to sign said terrible.??

Avoid this store as much as possible. Staff was rude and did not want to help even when I told them customer wasn’t helpful. Ended with a yelling match in the parking lot. NEVER go here.

Hugo Hugo Hugo. The experience couldn't have been better. Soon as I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by Hugo who was assisting another customer. I couldn't help but to eavesdrop in their conversation. He was sooooooooo patient and informative with her. I came in because my SIM card decided to stop working and knew I was in great hands with Hugo. The entire replacement process took less than 10 minutes. The level of professionalism was awesome and his attention to detail was second to none. Thank you Hugo for your help and for the top notch level of service you provided today

I went to this store for upgrading my iPhone. I hadn't changed my phone for several years and didn't know much about what options were available. I was assisted by Hugo whom I describe as highly knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He patiently educated me about different plans and iPhones available at the time which made it easy for me to choose the one I felt most comfortable with. I had to go back to the store a couple days later due to some issue with the phone. The problem was taken care of in the best way possible. I'm extremely happy with the level of customer service I have received in this location.Very pleasant experience. Thank you guys. You're awesome!

Worst customer service I have been a AT&T customer for 16 years never have I been so disrespected like I was at this store very rude employee when you go in to get a phone that they have the employees was was looking at the time like he didn’t want us to come to the store I will never go to this location again I will drive 3 min so I don’t have to deal with rude person he acted like he owned AT&T store

I would stay away from this store!!! I recently went in for an updated SIM card only!! I waited over half an hour for assistance. After being provided the updated SIM card, the Store representative offered to change my monthly plan, which I specifically and emphatically denied. I requested no changes to my plan and did not agree to any additions to my plan. After I left the store, I received a vague email from AT&T confirming recent changes to my monthly plan. After logging into my account I could see no changes to the plan and the email did not specify what changes were made. 3 weeks later, I receive my monthly bill which is now nearly $24 a month higher than previous bills. Apparently, the store clerk on my visit for the SIM card added a protection plan with a pro-rated charge and a reoccurring monthly charge of $17 per month, WITHOUT MY CONSENT or PERMISSION!!!! I suspect fraud and deceptive tactics on behalf of the store representative!! I would be very careful or avoid this store!!! I certainly will never go into this store ever again!!

I had come to the store to pay my direct TV bill and after speaking with Alex for a few minutes I learned that I could save money as well as have my wireless, TV, and internet bill bundled into one total amount. The cellular service is far superior to the 5G I was getting with Verizon and it was less expensive also. She went above and beyond to make this the best retail experience's I have ever had. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.
