“I had a great experience with this computer repair shop. He fixed my computer quickly and professionally, and the pricing was very fair for the quality of work. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable and patient he was — he didn’t just repair the issue, he also took the time to explain a few things about my computer and taught me some helpful tips for the future. It’s hard to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely cares about helping customers understand what’s going on with their devices. He was friendly, honest, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable computer repair and excellent customer service!”

“We required licensing for our Meraki hardware at 4 sites. After being let down by another Meraki partner, I approached Hummingbird. They were prompt in their responses, and highly knowledgeable about Meraki solutions. Frankie Miller was a true pleasure to work with, and made us feel like a priority throughout the entire process. We feel very confident doing business with Hummingbird in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable Meraki partner.”

“Wonderful customer service. Easy to work with and you get your product within a few days. Very good at following up with you and checking on you based off your needs. If you want a monthly check in, they will accommodate. If you want quarterly, they won't both you until then. Brittany is wonderful to work with and makes the whole experience enjoyable. She is quick, attentive, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend using this company.”
