“I had an emergency come up and ended up being one day late trying to return my Meta glasses. I honestly thought I was still within the return window, and Yousuf, the manager, was extremely understanding about the situation. Especially after my local one in oxnard denied to refund me and were rude of my situation.

He took the time to actually listen and work with me instead of just turning me away. You can tell he genuinely knows how to be a manager and how to treat customers with respect.

I’d definitely recommend not letting some of the negative reviews discourage you from coming here. My experience with Yousuf was great, and I really appreciate how understanding he was. Definitely recommend!”

“The Apple Store in the Thousand Oaks Mall is everything you’d expect from Apple, modern, efficient, and staffed with some of the most knowledgeable and friendly people around. Every visit is a great experience. The team is always eager to help, whether it’s troubleshooting a device, answering product questions, or guiding you through a new setup.

I’ll admit I’m a little biased because I love Apple products, but this store makes it easy to see why. The layout is sleek and inviting, and you can easily spend hours exploring all the latest tech and accessories.

Apple continues to set the standard for customer experience, and this location is no exception. Highly recommend stopping by, even if it’s just to check out what’s new, you’ll leave impressed every time.”

“I've had a great experience with Net Solutions Thousand Oaks! Their team is professional, responsive, and really knows their stuff. They've helped me streamline my IT processes, making things much smoother. Definitely recommend!”

“I didn't think there were any software makers in Thousand Oaks. Since I found one I had to write a review. TOaks is the place to be ya know. I bought their guitar shed program the other day and here's my first yelp review. woohooo. The guitar tuner worked excellently and would be recommended to fellow TOaks guitarists. They make other stuff too but I didn't try it out.”
