“It is with great pleasure that I award this mattress store all 5 stars because they truly deserve it... especially Andrew, our sales associate. I entered the store thinking we'll be in there 30 minutes tops, and I knew there was no way I wanted one of those Tempur-pedic mattresses, and we'll just take a quick spin around the store and see what's what. Wellllll, guess what..... a very relaxing, pleasant 3.5 HOURS later, we walked out having purchased one of those Tempur-pedic mattresses.Andrew was my favorite kind of sales associate. No pressure whatsoever, happy to offer information (and lots of it), and he even had a good sense of humor, which I always appreciate. He spent as much time with us as possible, yet he left us to speak independently of him, too. We ended up buying exactly what I thought I wouldn't want, one of those Tempur-pedic mattresses, but we also bought a "HYBRID" version, which felt perfect to me. We also bought one of their cooling mattresses, which DEFINITELY makes a difference especially for someone like me who is heat intolerant, and we purchased the adjustable kind of mattress, so we could raise our heads and/or feet if we want. I loved that option, especially as we're getting older. We may have taken a great deal of time to decide, but honestly, Andrew was quite thorough, and he wanted us to be 100% pleased with our decision... especially with as much money as we were about to spend. Let's just say that with as much time that had elapsed since our last mattress purchase, the price doubled. Not shocking, but still, a big hit to our savings. OUCH !!Unfortunately, we are still waiting for our mattress... through no fault of anyone's. The size we wanted was not readily available, of which we were informed up front, and thus, we'd have to wait a couple of weeks. I'm just impatient and want to get it already, but we agreed to wait, so wait, we will. Hopefully, it will arrive on the date listed on our order form. Fingers crossed. If you are in need of a mattress, come to this store. They carry all major brands, lots of mattresses to try, and with their wealth of knowledge and desire to help (without the pressure), the sales associates will fit you with the right kind of mattress for what you want and/or need.”

“I had been looking around for ages for somewhere to replace the extra large cushions on our fire pit chat set (originally from Costco) and then someone recommended Sierra Pads. They are FANTASTIC - amazing personalised customer service from Anna, great communication, they sent me lots of beautiful fabric samples to choose from and then the cushions were ready exactly when they said they would be (about 4 weeks). I collected them from the warehouse and all the staff were very nice and helpful. I'd give them an extra star if I could because the very same night I got the cushions home and put them on the chairs my husband spilled oil on one of them (GAHHH!). We tried to clean it but the stain remains. I called Anna to ask if they could make me a new cover and after a couple of calls back and forth to verify whether it was just the cover, or the foam too etc. she told me that the owner had offered to send us a new seat cover for free because it was an accident. I really wasn't expecting that and I am so very grateful. This company is definitely getting my business again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“Saw a lot of Funko Pops for different prices for the same product. I'm not a collector but was doing some holiday shopping and noticed it. I think the store is dirty and the layout is a little different from the ones I go to. The restroom for the men's is very dirty with no toilet paper in the stall; not even in the reserves. I found so many different hand baskets in most places so if you forget to get one in the front you'll find it deep within the store (very handy; lol), thank you.Bought two gifts and the prices were very reasonable.First time and last time at this location. Don't live in this city and found it when I went to Starbucks in the same parking lot. Ohhh they have a Trader Joe's in that same parking lot.12/09/23”

“The service, staff, pricing, and overall selection are good. However, the variety of product availability has been diminishing over the past six months forcing us to fulfill part of our order at competing retailers. Six months ago we would fill all of our orders at Target.”

“Last night I decided to do some shopping in target and we needed some help so we went up to the device disk and it was empty thankfully one of the cashiers went up to help us. His name was jackson absolutely a splendid young man! So nice in assisting us in finding everything we needed. Definitely went above and beyond one of the best employee experiences i've had at this target and i've been shopping here for the past 9 years and no one has come close to this level of customer satisfaction. “My husband lost his wallet 7 months ago, and he couldn't remember where he lost it. After searching for all the possible locations ( only missed this one), we gave up. We didn't expect any miracle like some one would return it. However we received a letter one day from the Target telling us that the wallet was found and locked up at the service desk. We jumped for joy. So we drove here and told the lady at service desk. She quickly retrieved the wallet which had everything as before; DL, credit cards, cash, and other things. We always liked this store, but now we have more appreciation for the wonderful staff. It's a blessing to have it in our neighborhood.”
