“After spending over two hours on the phone with customer service without getting the issue resolved, I decided to go to the store, and I’m so glad I did. Bentley went above and beyond to help me and took care of the issue. He is extremely knowledgeable about their systems and clearly knows what he’s doing. While I was at the store, we called customer service for assistance, but they couldn’t even figure out what needed to be done. Bentley actually tried to explain to them how to fix the problem because he didn’t have the authority or access in their system to fix it himself, even though he knew exactly what needed to be done. After another 35 minutes on the phone with customer service, with Bentley right there trying to guide them, he eventually figured out a way to resolve the issue on his own. What a great experience and outstanding customer service from Bentley! He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of his way to help me. He deserves recognition for his dedication to taking care of customers.”

“These 5 stars are for Karina! She has now helped me twice in the last year with the process of getting new phones for both my son and I. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Often times this process can feel intimidating but she makes you feel like your in it together and she will ensure you leave satisfied! AT&T is lucky to have her as an employee!”

“Go Creative Wireless is outstanding! We live in a rural area and don't have other options. But even if we did have other options, this is the company I would choose. Brandon also just installed a new router at our home - faster, further distance, and less expensive. Thank you!”

“I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Crystal for the amazing customer service she gave my family and I today. There were four of us, and she was so patient, kind, and helpful with every single one of us. She even helped set up our phones and was incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly explain our new plan, answer every question we had, and made sure we fully understood everything without ever making us feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, and it made our whole experience so much better. Because of the experience she gave us, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and asking to work with Crystal again. She’s the kind of associate who makes you want to return. Thank you for going above and beyond we really appreciate you! T-Mobile is lucky to have you.”

“Last night I decided to do some shopping in target and we needed some help so we went up to the device disk and it was empty thankfully one of the cashiers went up to help us. His name was jackson absolutely a splendid young man! So nice in assisting us in finding everything we needed. Definitely went above and beyond one of the best employee experiences i've had at this target and i've been shopping here for the past 9 years and no one has come close to this level of customer satisfaction. Will definitely only shop at this target”

“My husband lost his wallet 7 months ago, and he couldn't remember where he lost it. After searching for all the possible locations ( only missed this one), we gave up. We didn't expect any miracle like some one would return it. However we received a letter one day from the Target telling us that the wallet was found and locked up at the service desk. We jumped for joy. So we drove here and told the lady at service desk. She quickly retrieved the wallet which had everything as before; DL, credit cards, cash, and other things. We always liked this store, but now we have more appreciation for the wonderful staff. It's a blessing to have it in our neighborhood.”

“This is not a review of Verizon as they have been horrible. BUT Thankfully today at the Simi Verizon store Marcus was able to quickly troubleshoot and determine our issue. He even called Verizon to make sure they did indeed send us a new product. Marcus went above and beyond. Better than the Apple Store!!”

“I only went there to drop off some equipment I wasn't using anymore. However, it was easy and fast. They use a ticketing system similar to the DMV. So you sign in and wait your turn.”
