“Needed a large lion's head sterling silver ring sized & Jonathan & Jacob did a fabulous job. Nobody will ever know it was sized. They also got it shining like new. Also, the same day Jacob shortened a necklace & made a bracelet with the removed links.

I walked in and he looked at my watch, quoted me a very reasonable price (less than I expected!) for the replacement battery + work and got right to work on it. Within 7 mintues it was ready.
