Communication with them is horrible. They sometimes respond. When they do respond, they say they are working on it but never get back to me and the cycle continues. I decided to discontinue their service and go with another company.

I am a caretaker in Encino and I use Maxi-Med for all my medical supply needs, they provide incontinence supplies on a monthly delivered schedule for me and provided us with PPE throughout the whole pandemic. Definitely try them out
