The pharmacist goes above and beyond to get the prescription you need when you need it (even when there was a national shortage he was able to get what I needed), has good communication, and most importantly fills your prescriptions quickly after they are ordered from your doctor. The personal customer service of remembering my name when I come in and what prescription is mine shows he cares a lot for his customers. The pharmacy is conveniently located next to Ralph's making it easier to run errands with two toddlers. I've never had to wait in a line. I'll never go to CVS or a big pharmacy again!”

“First time coming in today which was suggested by the urgent care doctor at Sierra Vista, he claimed that my pharmacy has been running out of Rx's and he said it would be better for me to go here - took his advice and I'm happy I did!First off, the moment I walked in the employees greeted me warmly, Elijah was quick to take my information and told me it would be a few minutes. The Rx the doctor prescribed was out of pocket and the team went out of their way to call back the doctor and ask if they could give me a generic Rx so that my insurance could cover it. I mean WOW, they really did not have to do that but they did and I am so grateful for that due to my current financial situation.To make matters even BETTER they also gave me COVID tests for free which was such financial help because this weekend we had to buy some and they were not cheap! (Not saying they give everyone free COVID tests, so don't go in there asking for freebies because you see my review. Not advertising just appreciating my experience!)This place may be tiny, but their customer service is amazing way better than any other major pharmacy I have ever been to! I wish this pharmacy the best, and again thank you so much for making me feel better. You guys rock!”
“I recently had knee surgery and my mom was getting the runaround from another pharmacy in order to pick up a shower chair and cane that my doctor had requested for me. Instead of dealing with them, she looked around and found Zi-Med nearby after doing some googling. They not only quickly processed the order, they even assembled the shower chair and adjusted it to my height! I am so incredibly grateful to the staff at Zi-Med for my new equipment; it has been a Godsend! You are very much appreciated!”
