Very clean and organized branch. Came in to speak to somebody regarding a maturing CD I have elsewhere and wanted to see if this credit union might be an option. The tellers were wonderful and Divan Zuniga was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions and I took his information down in case we do business in a few weeks time. Great service and first impression!

Never impressive. My Wife has been banking here for years but they are always underwhelming. The staff is always mediocre. They never seem to know how to do anything outside the normal procedures. I'm changing banks

I wish I could give this wonderful banking institution at least 10 stars. If you want amazing customer service and great products with better rates than most banking institutions, then Premier America Credit Union of Simi Valley is for you. Yolanda Rymer makes you think you are the most important customer that that branch has! She is super responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. If she is not sure how to accomplish what you want she figures out a way to get it done correctly and quickly. This should be everyone's "go to" bank... Also, thank you Victor and Matt Austin for jumping in so quickly when Yolanda was not available. This credit union knows how to work as a team!

Both branch locations in Simi Valley are great. Staff are friendly and helpful. I've had to replace my debit card several times and each time they were able to replace on the spot and in a timely manner. I appreciate you all!

I recently decided to fix an ongoing problem with my log in credentials. I contacted customer service and a woman named CARLY helped me. Through a series of phone calls with me she found out the problem, found a wqay to solve it and effectively communicated to my very old self. She stayed on the line while I tested to fix- which worked. Thank you so much CARLY- I love all the people at the Simi Valley Town center branch especially Kimberly and Carlissa who always go out of the way to greet me by name and take care of my many needs. Thank you all!

Got referred to Premier America credit union, and Al Flores from the Simi valley ca office attended me very well, and answered all my questions. Al was very professional, and the most upright attituded, towards me. Defiantly recommended this credit union.

The manager at this location is so rude and condecending, I have to deal with him now at the other location they have in Simi. I can't escape this guy, he NEVER greets anyone is always rude and stares everytime I come in to make a deposit for our school pta account. I'm honestly sick of this guy, he even stands over the tellers as they do their job and stares and watches over them for no reason. Doesn't say a word and just glares. He's so incredibly rude I really can't stand him. I would never bring my personal accounts here and if I can move our PTA account and get approval through our board I will.

Rudest customer service you can find. Employees say things under their breath. Consistently rude EVERY time I go in m. It's stressful having to go into the branch and deal with these people. Will be switching banks

We started going here when it was Litton Credit Union in Woodland Hills. That was in the 80’s. We now go to the Simi Branch on Tapo Cyn Bl. Everyone is helpful and nice. We’ve had car loans and now a mortgage there. Everything has gone smoothly and we wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

This particular branch at civic center plaza has a superb customer service too. Always polite, helpful and courteous staff as well. Thank you very much for being so delightful.

My wife and I purchased a used car and the financing was done through Premier America at the dealership. We have another car and I decided to call them and see if I could get a better rate on that loan. I spoke to Patrick Brown in the Tapo Canyon branch and he was able to give me a significantly lower rate. In addition, he made the process very easy and turned the whole transaction around in a couple of days. He is a true professional and I can't recommend him highly enough.

So my husband had a loan with his truck that we never got to add my name to it. He got sick and other things took priority. Well unfortunately I lost him in October. Me, trying to do the right thing, I called and they wouldn’t speak to me. I walked to the local branch with the death certificate and they told me that they had to call me back because they didn’t know what they could do. Well I got their phone call alright... Why did I come Back. First time I was here no one said hello or welcome. It felt sooo Akward. Then today I arrived and the same incident. Very uncomfortable, the young guy didn't even say hello or no greet from anyone. He gave me my cash and said "here".. I'm the one who said ok thank you. Good bye.. wow never again!! I'll just go across the street instead.

Amazing they charge you $5 for losing your debit card if you want to get it at a physical location or it takes 5-7 days in the mail. Thought credit unions would be a bit more lenient since it is there because of its customers.
