The staff is cooperative, even accepting walk-in patients. Some feedback notes that the kiosk check-in process can be confusing, especially for seniors, who suggest a desk person in the waiting room would be helpful. The facility is very clean and it’s great that you can make an appointment. They run on time and staff is very efficient and kind. I especially like the tech Gloryfe. She has drawn my blood several times and is good and extremely polite and kind.

1st location didn't want to help us for only being 5 minutes late. But location in Simi Valley was so cooperative, very nice staff who accepted us walked in.
