“After a very disappointing experience at the Quest in West Hills, where technical issues and overbooking prevented my appointment after fasting until 3 p.m., I went to the Simi Valley location. Although the check-in kiosk didn’t recognize my appointment and I had to check in as a walk-in, I was called almost immediately. The phlebotomist was professional, courteous, and apologetic about my earlier experience. She drew my blood quickly and painlessly despite my deep, difficult veins.
