Dismal service complete apathy Disappointment again why do i expect decent customer service and just get subpar where is the quality

Went in today to get some paint samples made and the paint counter employees were great. Got in and out pretty quick and the prices were fair. Overall a good Home Depot. i have been a customer for years and never had a bad experience.

Awesome experience today! Everyone was helpful and acknowledged me right away. Happy to live in Simi Valley and have this Home Depot in my local neighborhood!Andy in paint, Omar in heating, Katrina in kitchen and Henry in the front were awesome!
